It depends on the doctor and if the procedure is done in office. If you are getting standard lipo as opposed to laser/smartlipo the doctor will likely put you under a general anesthesia. Doctors who have their own surgical centers/clinics within their practice often have an all inclusive price including anesthesia. Other doctors have to go to separate facilities and there are separate prices for the use of the facility and the anesthesia. It pays to shop around. Just be sure and go to a board certified doctor.

Also laser/smartlipo does not require general anesthesia, so prices tend to be lower, and it is much safer than traditional lipo. Remember, that any surgery has a death rate of 1 to 2 per thousand related to anesthesia.

For inner thighs expect to pay anywhere between $2,000 to $6,000. (for both thighs). Most doctors charge per area. Good luck.
